Note:
In the case of moving house, a handover record with the meter number and current meter status will be sufficient. The record can be obtained at our ESWE Service CENTERS.

In the case of longer periods of absence from your place of residence, the following must be observed:

  • The monthly installments must continue to be paid. You can do this either yourself by paying the installments per credit transfer or by providing us with a direct debit authorization.
  • You will receive the annual consumption bill once a year during the same period every time. If you already know that you will not be there it is still your duty to pay the amount due. Otherwise, the consequence could be additional charges for payment reminders and in the extreme case even having your utilities turned off. It would be more convenient if you gave us a direct debit standing order. This would allow ESWE to take care of the payments for you.
  • If you have an APO address as a member of the military, please specify this address so that we can send your mail there
