Reading your meter: this is how it works.
In Order to be able to prepare a correct annual statement, we need your meter readings (electricity und gas). For this reason, we will be sending an employee of ESWE Versorgungs AG or one of our authorised meter readers (he or she will have an ESWE ID card) at the due time. If we are unable to access your meter, we will leave a card with a suggested new date for the reading. If this new date is unsuitable, please read the meter yourself and send us the card with the meter readings within 7 days. If the card arrives here later than this, we will be unable to take the readings into account and will then estimate your consumption.
